Privacy Policy

Vendari Solutions (“we”) collects only what we need to answer you, book a discovery call, and — if you opt in — send SMS follow-up.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, phone, budget range, project type, message, preferred time, SMS consent, and any UTM parameters on the page. We also store the time of consent and the requesting IP for compliance.

Processors

GoHighLevel is our CRM and automation processor (contacts, pipeline, calendar, SMS). Resend sends the instant confirmation email. Hosting is on Fly.io behind Cloudflare. We do not keep a parallel marketing database on the application server beyond a local fallback log used when CRM credentials are not configured.

SMS

SMS is opt-in only. The contact form cannot be submitted without the consent checkbox. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not send SMS for newsletter-only signups.

Cookies & analytics

GA4 and Hotjar load only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Essential operation of the site does not depend on them.

Your rights
