Challenge
A residential community was still running visitors, amenities, and dues on paper and chat threads. Security had no verified passes, the board had no live picture of collections or open tickets, and residents expected an app — not a spreadsheet.
Approach
- 01Mapped four roles first: resident, gate security, amenity attendant, and board/admin — each got a purpose-built surface.
- 02Built visitor QR pre-registration with live gate scan, amenity booking with check-in, and service requests with status tracking.
- 03Added secure dues payments and a document vault for bylaws, notices, and financials.
- 04Shipped a board dashboard and immutable audit log so every entry, payment, and announcement is accountable.
